What we collect
To run your household concierge we store the information you share with Wadsworth: your account email, household members you invite, the lists, calendar events, vehicle records, and conversations you create. When you connect Google, we receive only the scopes you approve. When you text Wadsworth, we receive your phone number and message contents through our SMS provider.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to deliver the service to your household — answering your messages, syncing your calendar, sending reminders, and providing customer support when you ask. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your household to train external AI models.
Who can see it
Only the members of your household. Records are scoped to your household and protected by row-level security at the database. Wadsworth's team accesses individual records only when you explicitly request support.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Backups are encrypted at rest, and connections to the service are encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You can export or permanently delete your household at any time from Settings. Deletion is final — records, messages, and shared lists are removed from our systems. For any questions, write to hello@wadsworth.life.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify members by email before the changes take effect.
